I'm Whitney Gingerich, a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist specialized in women’s health.  Too often, we are prescribed yet another pill or strict diet as a temporary solution for chronic underlying conditions.  By adjusting diet, lifestyle, and mindset I help my clients dig a little deeper to find the root of their health concerns so they can treat it themselves.
