Step two: schedule your first appointment
Your sessions can be done in-person at my office here in good ‘ol Goshen, Indiana or we can use technology and save the gas $$ with a virtual visit.
What to expect working with me:
Initial Session - 90 minutes of digging deep into your:
History with diets
Available lab work
You will walk away from your first session with a customized food + supplement + movement plan to get you started. This will give us a great base to work from. We will also take a look at your lab work and see if there’s anything that might be missing.
Follow-up sessions: 55-minutes to check-in and talk about all the things
Plans are constantly changing, what you need in week one may not work by week six. I want to support you through this process and give you the tools you need to move forward.
At each of your follow-ups, we will review your food logs, questions, concerns, and fears. Some of our visits may be spent meal planning or creating grocery lists. Other times we may be reviewing coping techniques for stress or how to get a good night's sleep.
What Else is included:
Unlimited messaging support while we are working together. I use the Practice Better platform for secure communication with my clients. I'm happy to review food logs, provide feedback, and answer questions as we go along. I also love to send new recipes and tips when I find something great for you!
Change takes time and and this is not going to be your typical "diet". In fact, I don't even like the word diet! I know, I know, dietitian (they didn't consult me on the title).
We are going to get deep in there to figure out what you want and how to get it! Not just for the short term, but for the long haul. I will give you the tools to make healthy changes you love!
At this time, I am not in network with any insurance companies. If you have a medical diagnosis, I would be happy to provide an itemized super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I cannot take Medicare or Medicaid clients but I can refer you to a provider who can if you need.
I accept cash, check, or major credit cards. You can pay ahead of time through my website, by phone, or at the time of service. With your permission, I will keep a copy of your credit card on file for easy processing. Your credit card information will be protected in a secure file through Stripe payment processing.
