As a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, I spent years as a frustrated, calorie-counting, exercise fanatic until the day my son was born and I couldn’t run a vacuum let alone run a mile! Becoming a mom forced me to slow down and challenged my beliefs about what a long-term healthy lifestyle looked like.

I started to dig into the research more and discovered the importance of hormonal balance and how it affects everything! Weight, energy, mood, fertility. You name it - hormones make it happen. So I deleted my calorie counting apps, hung up my running shoes and changed my focus to fueling my body with real food. And I know it sounds corny but I have more energy and less stress now than I did before the chaos of motherhood. 

Now I empower other women to let go of restriction, take control of their hormones, and feel at home in their body so they can do whatever they want!
