I studied nutrition at The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!!) and graduated Cum Laude with my Bachelor's degree in 2009. As a member of the Women's Varsity Swim team at Ohio State, I was Academic All Big Ten and a 4-year scholar athlete. I went on to complete my dietetic internship and Master's degree through Ball State University.
Since graduation, I have continued my education by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Exercise and Certified Intrinsic Coach through Intrinsic Solutions International.
I spent the early years of my career in the hospital setting where I learned the foundation of disease states and medical treatment plans. My true passion lies outside of the hospital where I have experience in nutrition counseling for fertility, prenatal + postpartum health, weight management, gastrointestinal health, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, cancer, auto-immune disease, and sports nutrition.
